Guido's Blood Angels

Post by guido » Mon Jan 13, 2014 9:40 am

greetz one and all,

my name is Guido, I live in Belgium (Yes the country actually exists :) ) and I discovered the IC podcast about a year ago. I did a lot of thinking of entering last year (a bit to much thinking and a lot less joining :) ) But I'm eager to join in this year. I've got a rather large (all be it strange) collection of BA but still a lot to paint. So here we go ...

This is my box of second hand bargains I collected over the years (or a selection of it at least) All bits must come from this box and a box of vanguard vets coming my way in the next few day's

These will be the first to get done :)

I hope this will get my internet vibe more active; I seem to be lurking a lot these day's.

Of course Belgium exists! Beautiful architecture.

And thanks for the waffles!

Note: I don't know if Belgian Waffles were actually invented in Belgium, but they may as well have been because I am a dumb American and refuse to even use the internet in the time it took to write this sentence in order to figure that out.

I didn't get any more pictures done, but I did get some paint slaped on the models.

The red and Yellow are done, still need to hight light the black, purple and white and start on the metal.
I hope to finish the squad today, and then the librarian tomorow maybe over the weekend.

I also started construction on some new models for my veterans and death company, in total I got 5 assembled.

I hope I can make some pictures soon enough.

It's really cool to see someone take a hodge-podge of bits and turn them into a really cool looking unit.

Keep it up!
