I hear you. I'm rushing to finish too. There are just some many infantry models.

Curse you, sewer backup! I would've made it without you. Super close, even with you:

On the left you'll see the 20 men from the 2 infantry squads. On the right, you'll see the last flamer guy in front of the last two veterans. Definitely close enough for government work, so if that's good enough, then I completed the challenge.

Nice work. You're still a winner in my book! I'm glad you're going to stick with it because I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with those big tanks!

And here's next month's commitment, a Wyvern Squadron of two:

And my September commitment as well, before I prime my next four tanks:

So I haven't fallen off the earth. My Wyverns are almost done, my Hydras making progress. I've just been distracted with other hobby projects--my Inquisition forces, my Grey Knights detachment, and some Marines for an upcoming tournament. I've still got time, I figure. I've got to get cracking soon, though.

With that in mind, here's my October commitment, my Vulture with twin-linked Punisher cannon:

haha i see what you mean - what an awesome model eh?

How did you set the flying base up? Is it a kit or something you made yourself? :)

With the 5" flight widget and drilled base. Same theme as the rest of my bases, but supports a flyer. The bit that allows the flyer to be mounted on the round post fits a little funny with the different fuselage of the Vulture, but a little bit of green stuff can smooth it out OK.
