Just assembled a new tank? Get ready for the first lascannon shot to turn it into a smoking crater.
This is so completely true! My prettiest models always die first when I go to Kublacon. Last year my Thunderwolves failed a leadership test and ran off the board turn 1.

Necrons and nids have really given birth to a new one.

If it was an awesome unit in the last codex, it will suck in the new one. If it sucked in the old one, it will be awesome and get a new sculpt 2 years after the book comes out.

A good story makes a great game.

Put another way, I don't mind losing if the game tells a good, cinematic story.

I love the one about the battle plan changes once the dice are rolled.

One thing I noticed after playing vanilla marines for awhile. Marines are not supermen! At all! Maybe they're not squishy, but they sure are crunchy.
